Launching 12 Pegasus, Asshna Developers' new commercial hub in Bandra East—the new gateway to BKC. Our aim was to create a narrative that highlighted the lifestyle appeal, local relevance, and strategic advantage of this prime destination.

Our Approach

We focused on storytelling that went beyond traditional commercial narratives, blending lifestyle, local inspirations, and a touch of mathematical precision. This approach highlighted the careful planning and design that define 12 Pegasus, showcasing it as a new landmark for modern business. Through a brand product film, a collaboration with Global Advertisers for city-wide visibility, and a campaign launch on ShUtuP Marketing Studios’ YouTube page, we helped bring this vision to life.
